My Stardew Valley farm got wrecked by a real life raccoon

I was playing on my porch in Portland last Tuesday when a raccoon literally climbed onto my laptop and hit the keyboard, somehow deleting my entire spring crop layout. 6 in game days of parsnips and strawberries gone in one panic punch. Now I save my file every 5 minutes and keep a spray bottle next to me when I play. Has anyone else had a pet or animal mess with a slow game run?

My cat once walked across my keyboard and mailed my farmer to the desert... took me days to find him.

Lol that's wild, but honestly I bet the real issue is your cat was trying to tell you something about your farm layout. Maybe it knew the desert had better soil for whatever you were growing, cats are weirdly smart about that stuff. Next time just check your cat's paw prints before you go looking, they always leave a trail.
