Stopped using flex seal on my roof after a 90 mph storm ripped it off

I watched three neighbors patch leaks with that stuff last spring and every single one failed during that big storm we had in October. Has anyone else had a better long term solution for flat roof repairs in rainy climates?

Roll on rubber membrane" is the way to go, I did my whole flat roof with it three years ago and it hasn't budged a bit.

Feel for you, man. That's rough losing a repair like that (especially after all the effort of applying it). I stuck with the roll on rubber membrane stuff after seeing too many of those spray on patches peel up in heavy wind.
