Hit 200 outlets wired in my house and noticed a scary pattern

I just finished wiring the 200th outlet in my old house renovation last week. What surprised me was that about 15 of them had loose connections I missed from when I started out. If I hadn't gone back with a torque screwdriver, those could have started a fire over time. Has anyone else found mistakes in their early work after doing a lot of similar jobs?

Are you sure those 15 loose connections were actually dangerous though? I mean, a properly connected outlet with a little slack in the wire isn't going to just burst into flames overnight. I've seen plenty of houses with loose outlets that have been working fine for decades without a single issue. Plus, most modern breakers are pretty good at tripping if something gets too hot or shorts out. Honestly sounds like you might be overthinking this and being way too hard on yourself for beginner mistakes that probably wouldn't have caused any real problems.
