Shoutout to the lady who tried to return a half-eaten rotisserie chicken last Tuesday
She claimed it 'didn't taste right' after her family ate most of it, and my manager actually gave her a refund. Anyone else have a return policy that's just way too forgiving?

My old store would have taken back an empty bag if you said the air inside tasted funny.

Lol that reminds me of the time I tried to return a half-eaten sandwich because the crust felt judgmental. The manager just sighed and gave me store credit. My standards for a valid complaint are basically in the basement now. I once got a refund because the bag of chips was too loud when I opened it.

Sounds like a place that just wanted to avoid any argument at all costs. But come on, an empty bag? What's there to even return, just the bad air? Seems like a policy that gets taken advantage of way too easily. They must have had zero rules for what counted as a real problem.
