Shoutout to the handwritten complaint notes over the online form, one actually got my issue solved
Last month my internet died for 6 days straight and the online chat kept giving me the same script about resetting the router. On day 5 I wrote a short note on paper, dropped it at the local office, and a rep named Dana called me back in 2 hours with a real fix. Does anyone else think the paper trail gets faster results than the app, or was I just lucky?
The bit about the online chat giving you the same router script over and over hits home. I had the same thing with a billing mess last year, spent like 3 weeks in the app getting nowhere. My neighbor told me to just walk into the store and ask for a manager, so I did and had it fixed in 20 minutes. There's something about a real person holding your piece of paper that makes them actually deal with it. The phone reps just read off a screen and move on to the next call. Paper feels like it lands on someone's desk and they can't ignore it lol.
