I finally quit my fast food job after a customer threw a milkshake at me

This happened last Saturday at a McDonald's in Tulsa. Some guy got mad because we ran out of McFlurry toppings and he ended up chucking his chocolate shake right at my chest. The manager just told me to clean it up and keep working, no asking if I was okay or anything. Has anyone else dealt with a manager who totally ignores your safety?

Bro that's wild. I once had a dude throw a handful of raw bacon at me at Denny's because his eggs were over medium instead of hard. Manager just laughed and told me not to drop the bacon on the floor again. Some people really think you're just part of the furniture back there.

Man @jesse_thomas27 that's the kind of moment where you just stand there and wonder what you did in a past life. Pro tip: always keep your back to the wall in those booths so you can see the crazy coming from a mile away. That manager basically told you bacon is a currency now, lol.
