Hot take: That customer who yelled at me for 20 minutes actually taught me something
Last summer at a grocery store in Tampa, a guy went off on me because the deli counter ran out of honey ham at 7 PM on a Sunday. He said I was lazy for not restocking it, but looking back he wasn't wrong about the store's bad planning. Has anyone else had a rude customer who had a real point underneath all the yelling?

My dad worked in a grocery store for 30 years and said getting yelled at for things like that just means the company screwed up, not you. The customer was right about the bad planning, but that doesn't mean they had any right to take it out on you.
