Guy came into our office screaming about a $0.02 overdraft fee, turned out he was right about bank errors
Had this dude come in last month absolutely livid over a two cent charge on his account. I thought he was just being cheap and crazy at first. But he had printouts going back 6 months showing the same error pattern. Turns out it was a system glitch that hit like 400 customers at our bank. I had to eat crow big time. Anyone else ever have a customer turn out to be totally right about something that seemed ridiculous?

Guy came into our office screaming" - honestly, is two cents really worth getting that worked up over though? I mean yeah the bank messed up but that much anger over pocket change seems like overkill to me.
