Heard this from my buddy who runs a small coffee shop downtown. He had this one customer who'd come in every day, complain about the temperature of his latte no matter what, then demand a free pastry for the "inconvenience." After the guy yelled at a new barista for the fifth time, my friend just told him "I think you'd be happier somewhere else, @shane_moore87." The dude flipped out online but guess what, the regulars actually thanked him for finally doing it and the shop's been way calmer since.
