A lady spent 25 minutes yelling at me because her dog's bow was 'too symmetrical'
So this woman picks up her poodle after a groom, stares at the bow I put on for a solid minute, and says it looks 'off.' I ask what she means and she says the left loop is bigger than the right by like a millimeter. I offer to fix it, she says no, then stands at my counter for 25 minutes explaining how her dog's bow 'used to look better' at some salon in Sacramento. I eventually just took the bow off and handed it to her so she could do it herself. She stood there for another 5 minutes holding it like it was a Rubik's cube. Does anyone else get customers who turn a 2 second fix into a whole therapy session?
