Update: I thought chemtrail folks were all cranks until my cousin showed me the flight data
My cousin has been on the chemtrail thing for about 3 years and I always rolled my eyes at him, especially after he spent $85 on a sky monitoring app. Last month he pulled up FlightRadar24 and pointed out that the "spraying" he saw over Fort Worth lined up with normal commercial routes doing fuel dumps, and I actually looked it up and found the FAA has rules for dumping fuel at altitude. So now I'm the annoying one pointing out the boring explanation to him. Has anyone else had a family member pull them into one of these rabbit holes just to prove them wrong, and it backfired because you found a third answer neither of you expected?
