I spent days reading about the official story versus the alternative angles, like the timeline of the hotel security guard. The sheer volume of conflicting information made it impossible to know what to believe. Did anyone else find that whole period completely overwhelming?

Remember how the official story had that security guard happening upon the guy in the hallway and then nothing made sense after that. I swear every time I try to figure out what really went down that night I hit a wall where the facts just stop adding up. The whole thing felt like watching a magic trick where you know the rabbit didn't come out of the hat but nobody will tell you how it really happened. It drove me crazy how the internet would latch onto one theory for a day then completely flip to something else the next morning.

@lisa671, ALWAYS get that timeline in writing before you even talk to them. Make them write down every single time they say they were on patrol. If the times don't match up with the logbook later, you've got proof right there.
