Serious question, did anyone else see the lights over Cheyenne last Tuesday and actually go look for a source
Honestly I've always rolled my eyes at the whole UFO thing. Last Tuesday around 9pm I was driving back from Cheyenne on I-80 and saw 5 orange lights in a row that moved together then just vanished. I pulled over with like 3 other cars.
Ngl I started filming and within 10 minutes a guy parked next to me said it was probably a Starlink launch. I had never heard of that. I looked it up when I got home and there's a site that shows every launch and there was one that night out of Vandenberg. The timing and the direction matched almost perfect.
What convinced me it was people like my cousin who swear every light in the sky is aliens but never once checks the launch schedule. I checked it and felt kind of dumb.
Has anyone else here actually tracked one of these sightings back to a specific launch or aircraft? What site do you use, because I just googled it and got a million ads.
