Question about those 1990s payphone recordings that keep showing up online

I was digging through some old cassette tapes from a payphone in Pittsburgh my dad salvaged in 1998 and found a recorded call that mentions a specific military base movement two days before it happened, has anyone else run into recordings that feel like they predicted something they shouldn't have known?

those recordings are wild" - okay but like, genuinely wild or just creepy in that weird nostalgia way? Because I found some online from a 1997 call in a Colorado mall payphone where the caller describes a delivery truck crash before it made the evening news. What gets me is the tone though, like in yours did the person sound like they were guessing or did it come across as dead certain, almost like they were reading from a script or something? I think that's the part that makes my skin crawl with these things.
