I've been buying bulk rice wrong for years, a 99 Ranch trip changed my mind

I always grabbed the 10lb jasmine bags at Costco for $9.99, thought that was the deal. Saw a guy at 99 Ranch in San Jose filling a 25lb sack from the bin for $8.50 and felt like an idiot. Now I'm going through 3lbs a week and saving over $20 a month. Anyone else make the switch to bulk bins at Asian markets?

How's the quality compare to the Costco bags long term?

@cora_martinez honestly the Costco bags hold up better in the long run. I've gone through three of these brand ones in the time it took one Costco bag to finally start showing wear. The zippers on these cheap out after a few months of regular use too. Not worth the small savings when you factor in replacing them every year.
