Can we talk about how I was buying rice at the wrong store this whole time?

I grabbed a 10 lb bag at H-Mart in Aurora for $9.99 and the same bag was $17 at my regular grocery down the street, which I only found out because my neighbor sent me a pic of her receipt. Are there other staples like this where I'm getting hosed by not shopping around?
