Shoutout to hitting 200 custom grind orders in a month at my shop in Columbus

I finally sat down and counted the order slips last month and it came to 200 custom grind orders. That number caught me off guard because two years ago I was lucky to get 40 a month. What changed was I started asking folks what they were actually cooking instead of just handing them the standard 80/20. Once people heard I'd grind to order for chili, meatloaf, or burgers, the word spread around the neighborhood. Do you all track your grind numbers, or am I the only one nerdy about this stuff?
