Hit 400 birds on my home setup and finally quit blaming my knife skills
Broke down 400 chickens on my little 1.5 acre place in Modesto last weekend. For two years I swore my hands were the problem, but a 68 year old butcher named Sal told me to quit fighting dull blades and just buy a Tormek. Sharpened everything right and my yield jumped 3 percent on the first crate. Anyone else get humbled by their own equipment?
