A customer at my counter in Tulsa asked why our ground beef isn't bright red, and it got me rethinking pink slime
She said her kids won't eat it unless it's that fake cherry color, and I stood there realizing we've trained a whole generation to trust dye over actual fresh trim, so now I'm wondering if anyone else has customers asking for that store-bought look.
