My GMT Games order from 4 months ago still hasn't shipped

I put in a preorder for the new COIN series expansion back in June and it was supposed to be here by August. Now they keep pushing the date back and I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever see it. Has anyone else had delays like this with GMT preorders or am I just unlucky?

Their preorder dates are more like rough suggestions at this point.

Had a buddy wait 9 months for his copy of Navajo Wars. Kept getting those "delay" emails. Showed up eventually though, right when he forgot about it.
