The ultrasound tech at the county fair booth got my story wrong

Last Saturday I stopped by a health fair in Reno that had a free ultrasound demo, just for kicks. The tech saw my c-section scar and asked if I was a birth mother, which I am, and then she wrote "first child" on my form even though I told her about my son from 1998. I laughed it off but she kept calling me a "new mom" the whole time. Has anyone else had a stranger assume your story based on a scar or a photo without asking?
