Showerthought: 6 months ago I could not say "birth mother" out loud without my chest getting tight
Last Tuesday at the park in Tacoma my 4 year old asked who I was talking to on the phone and I said "my friend from the group" instead of making something up, and I did not cry until after I hung up, so has anyone else noticed the words get easier before the grief does?
