Serious question: Did anyone else find out their birth mom had other kids they never knew about?

I came across a stat online last night that said like 60% of birth mothers go on to have more children, and it hit me hard because I just found out mine had two daughters after placing me, and I have no clue if they even know I exist.

Nah I'm going the other way on this. Better to just rip the bandaid off and let them find out through official channels or social media. Sliding in through a family friend feels like sneaking around, makes it weird for everyone. They deserve to know straight up.

I reached out slowly through a mutual family friend first, and that made the introduction way less awkward for everyone.
