Just hit 50 birth mothers in my support group and I am shook
I started this little online support group on a whim back in September. Had maybe 8 women posting in the first week. Yesterday I counted and we are at exactly 50 active members now. That means 50 women who have placed kids for adoption and are talking it out together. Never expected to hit that number, let alone this fast. Anyone else stumbled into a milestone they didn't see coming?

Honestly just keep doing what you're doing - consistency builds trust fast, and 50 women talking is proof that space was needed. Ngl, the real work is keeping it safe and real as it grows, so stay on top of any drama before it snowballs.

But what do you do when the drama isn't obvious or when it's someone who's been quiet the whole time suddenly causing issues? I've seen groups get blindsided by that kind of thing because nobody wants to call out a member who seemed solid. Seems like having a clear process for handling complaints without people feeling attacked would be the trickiest part.
