Used to marathon whole seasons in one weekend, but now I stretch shows out over weeks

I was the queen of finishing a 10 episode series in two days. But after I binged The Bear season 2 in like 12 hours last year, I felt totally empty and couldn't remember half of what happened. Now I make myself watch one episode a night with dinner, max two. It's way slower but I actually catch the details and get excited for the next one. Has anyone else switched up their binge style and felt like you enjoy shows more?

Dude I feel you on that empty feeling after a hard binge. It's like you ate a whole pizza in five minutes and now you're just sad and bloated. Making shows last a week instead of a weekend is like slow cooking vs microwave. Probably healthier for your brain but it takes some getting used to.

Totally agree on The Bear, I had to rewatch half of season 1 because I blasted through it.
