TIL fast forwarding through a slow pilot until episode 4 actually saves a show
I quit three shows in 2023 because the first two episodes dragged and my wife kept nagging me to stick with them. Now I skip ahead to episode 4 when a pilot bores me, and two of those shows turned out great. Does skipping the slow start ruin it for anyone else, or am I just impatient?

Which two shows turned out great, and did episode 4 actually hook you or did you just push through to season 2? I'm curious if the skip worked right away or if it took a few more episodes.
