Subs vs dubs debate settled after I watched one show both ways

I did a side by side with Cyberpunk Edgerunners, sub first then dub, and the dub landed way harder for me emotionally. The voice acting in the dub added layers the subs just couldn't translate. Anyone else flip sides on this after giving the dub a real shot?
