Shoutout to my friend who finally got me to watch 'Severance' last month

I put it off for ages, but we did a full season in one weekend on her couch in Chicago. The show hooked me so hard I forgot to check my phone for like three hours straight. What's a show that grabbed you that way from the very first episode?

Tbh I've never had a show hook me that hard. Seems a bit much to forget your phone exists.

Ask avery_fox93 if they've ever been so into something they lost track of time. Like not even just a show, could be a book or a video game or even a good conversation. I feel like that's a pretty normal human experience if you find the right thing. The phone thing is just a side effect of being fully present, you know? Not saying every show does that but when it hits it really hits. Have you ever had anything grab you like that even for a minute?
