My sister kept pushing this show on me for 8 months and I finally caved on a sick day
I put off watching Dark for almost a year because everyone kept saying it was the smartest show on TV, which honestly made me think it was overhyped. Then I got a bad cold in January and burned through the first season in two sittings. The casting is what got me, the way the same character at different ages actually looks related. I still had to pull up a family tree chart on my phone around episode 5 though. Did anyone else need a notepad to keep the timelines straight or was that just me?

Who watches a show like Dark and doesn't need a notepad? I had a whole notebook going by season 2, with arrows and everything, and I STILL got lost. That show messes with your brain in the best way. The casting thing got me too, they really nailed it with the younger and older versions. You are not alone on the family tree either, I paused so many times my remote got mad at me.
