Dropped $75 on a used DVD box set of The Wire at a flea market in Tulsa and it ruined every other cop show for me
Some guy was selling the full series for $75 out of a Rubbermaid bin, and I figured worst case I was out a few bucks. Three weeks later I had blown through all 5 seasons and now everything else in the genre feels like a cartoon. Has anyone else had a cheap pickup completely wreck your taste in shows like this?
