Binge watched 7 seasons in 2 weeks and regret everything

I plowed through all of The Expanse in 14 days, like 5 hours a night after work. Now I'm sitting here with nothing to watch and my sleep schedule is completely wrecked, has anyone else done this to themselves?

Yeah I did that with Breaking Bad once. Felt like garbage for a week after.
