Vent: this past saturday was a total cassette nightmare

Had three bikes come in with frozen freehubs in one day, all needing the full tear down and grease. One of them was a 9-speed commuter that looked like the owner rode through a salt marsh for a year, took me 45 minutes just to get the lockring off. Anyone else get slammed by a weird wave of the same exact issue out of nowhere?
