That one Thursday last summer where everything went right in the shop
Had a day back in June where three tough jobs just fell into place. First was a 10 speed drivetrain swap on a Trek Domane that usually takes me 90 minutes. Customer showed up with the wrong cassette but I had the right one in my parts bin. Then a guy brought in a 1990s Cannondale with a seized seatpost that I got out in 20 minutes with a torch and a pipe wrench. Third thing was a wheel true on a bent rim that I thought was toast but it came back round after some tension work. Felt like I was reading the bike's mind. Anybody else have those days where the bike gods smile on you?

Must be nice, my hospital break room toaster had other plans for me that same Thursday.
