My neighbor in Bay Village runs his offset smoker in the driveway and the mailman now times his route around the brisket
Every Saturday around 7am my neighbor Rich fires up his big offset smoker in the driveway, and last weekend our mailman Gary literally stopped his truck, walked up, and asked what time the brisket would be done. Rich, being Rich, handed him a burnt end through the fence and Gary sat in the truck eating it for ten minutes with the engine off. Does anybody else on here have a mail carrier who works your cook schedule into their route, or is Gary just the best fed postman in Ohio?
