My achy shoulders taught me a lesson about pit prep posture
I always had terrible shoulder pain after a long day of trimming brisket. Now I hold my elbows close and take breaks to stretch, and the pain is gone! It's amazing how small changes can make such a big impact.

Noticed my friend had constant shoulder pain from lifting. He was bench pressing with his elbows flared out. A trainer showed him to tuck them in, and now he's pain-free.
