Hit 500 briskets smoked this weekend - never thought I'd get here

Saturday I pulled my 500th brisket off the pit and it actually got me thinking about how many failed cooks I had back in 2019. Has anyone else tracked their numbers and been surprised by the total?

Have you ever had a friend who just can't seem to get brisket right? The early failures are the best teacher honestly. Tell Mike to focus on keeping his temp steady and wrapping in butcher paper sooner than he thinks he needs to.
