Chatting with the mailman saved my pork shoulder last weekend
He saw my smoke and mentioned wrapping it in foil sooner. Now I never skip that step.

Wait you had visible smoke? That's wild. Mine just gets dry if I skip the foil. Your mailman must have seen a proper smoke screen from the street.
