Vent: I swore clay pots were killing my basil until a guy at the Tacoma farmers market set me straight
Told him my 6 inch terracotta was drying out in a day and he said terracotta breathes, so it pulls water through the walls, not just the top. Been watering from the bottom saucer twice a week since and my Genovese is finally bushy, anyone else watering clay that way?
