Three months to fix a drainage tray I should've checked day one
Started balcony tomatoes in March and they kept getting yellow leaves no matter what I did. Watered less, moved them around, even repotted twice. Turns out the plastic tray under the pots had a tiny crack that was pooling water on one side, keeping the roots soaked. Found it after 3 months when I finally flipped the whole setup upside down. Cost me a $4 replacement tray and now everything's green. Anyone else wasted a season on something as dumb as a cracked tray?

Wait, you flipped the whole setup upside down before finding it? That tiny crack hiding for three months while you're out there repotting and moving pots around is honestly kind of hilarious (and painful).
