Heard someone say you need a south-facing balcony to grow anything decent
My west-facing setup in Seattle still gave me a solid 8 pounds of tomatoes last summer. I think it's more about picking the right plants and using a good grow bag. What's the best thing you've grown on a less-than-perfect balcony?
