Unpopular opinion: Using the old paper manuals is still better than the new digital system

I mean, our shop switched to the full digital tech data system about a year ago. It's slow, the search function is garbage, and you need three different logins just to look up a wiring diagram for a Cessna 172. I pulled out my old, beat-up paper binder for a King KX 155 nav/com issue last month and had the pinout in under a minute. Has anyone else just gone back to the physical books for certain jobs?

Oh come on, the digital stuff is way easier to update... unlike @beth_butler75's jokes.

You ever try explaining to @beth_butler75 that updating a digital menu board takes 5 minutes versus climbing a ladder for 2 hours? She still thinks the old way is funnier. But yeah, once you set up a template system, swapping seasonal specials or prices is just a few clicks. No more scraped knuckles from wrestling with those plastic letter boards.

How many logins does it take to screw in a digital lightbulb?
