Swapped to braided brake lines and ended up with a spongy pedal for 3 days

Finally got around to putting stainless braided lines on my 2008 Civic Si last weekend. Watched like four different videos, bench bled everything twice, used a pressure bleeder I borrowed from a buddy. Still got air somewhere. Pedal went almost to the floor on the first test drive. Turns out the rear caliper banjo bolt was the issue, the washer was on backwards the whole time. My fault for rushing. Swapped it and did a full manual bleed again, took like 2 hours but it's solid now. Anyone else run into weird bleeding problems after a line upgrade? Think I should just get speed bleeders for the next time.
