Took 4 hours to find a cracked solder joint on a control board that looked fine under a magnifying glass
Has anyone else wasted half a day chasing a ghost only to find out it was a hairline fracture you needed a 10x loupe and bright light to spot?

Had one on a power supply board that took me three hours and a heat gun to find. Literally invisible until I warmed it up and the fracture opened just enough to see.
