I never check for bugs before fixing appliances. A family of ants fixed a circuit board for me once.

Honestly the ant thing tracks. I had a spider rebuild a loose wire connection in my garage last month.

Actually spiders feel vibrations through their webs right? Maybe it just kept adding silk where things shook too much, which accidentally fixed the connection.

I mean, sure it worked out... but was the spider really trying to fix it? More like it just happened to stick there. Doubt it's that deep.
