Warning: Almost lost 6 months of research data to an AI summary bot at a conference in Austin
I was at SXSW last month and let an AI note-taking tool summarize my talk notes afterwards. It deleted key details from 3 experiments because it thought they were duplicates. Has anyone else had a bot mess up their original files like this?

Corrupted my field notes too, lost one key pH reading.

Lost one key pH reading... man, that hits close to home @rivershah. Last summer I had a whole week of soil moisture measurements get scrambled by a bad memory card. It took me like three hours to realize it wasn't just a glitch but the whole file was toast. I still get mad thinking about it honestly. Hope you can piece your notes back together or at least remember that reading.
