My dad kept these scribbled recipe cards from the 80s, half the words were smeared or in his shorthand. Last week I scanned them into an AI tool just to see what it would do, and it filled in the blanks better than I could. It even caught a typo where he wrote 1/4 cup salt instead of 1/4 teaspoon, that would've ruined the sauce. Kind of wild that a machine can read his messy handwriting better than me.
