That week my AI art generator went rogue and cost me a client

Last Tuesday my DALL-E style model started outputting nothing but distorted faces for no reason. I had a deadline Thursday for a local biz in Portland and their logo turned into a nightmare version of itself. Spent 6 hours trying to fix the prompt, even checked my GPU temps, but nothing worked. By day three I had to manually Photoshop the whole project just to get something usable. Has anyone else had a model just break mid-project without any warning?

You mentioned the distorted faces thing and that really stood out to me. Did you notice if it was only faces or did other objects get messed up too? I ask because I've had models suddenly fail on specific elements like hands or text and it made me wonder if there's a pattern with certain features being more prone to breaking.

Faces are definitely the first thing to go in my experience. Hands and text are close seconds, but faces break way earlier in the degradation. I've had models that handled complex backgrounds fine but couldn't keep a single eye looking normal.
