Rant: That AI writing tool I subscribed to for $30 a month that rewrote everything in corporate buzzwords

I signed up for that popular AI writing assistant everyone was raving about on here back in February. Paid $30 for the monthly plan, thinking it would help me draft some simple emails and blog posts for my business. Instead, every single thing it generated came out sounding like a robot trying to imitate a CEO, full of words like "leverage" and "synergy" that I'd never use in real life. I spent more time editing the garbage than I would have just writing it myself. Has anyone found an AI tool that actually writes like a normal person talks?

Eh, a few awkward thank you notes is hardly a tragedy.

My cousin tried one of those tools for her wedding thank you notes and it kept trying to call her guests "key stakeholders." We still laugh about it.
