My AI writing assistant kept suggesting the same bland phrases so I switched it off for a week

I was using Jasper for my blog posts in Nashville and noticed every article had 'delve into' and 'navigate' in it. After turning it off and writing 5 posts by hand, my traffic actually went up 12% according to Analytics. Has anyone else seen their content get worse from relying too much on these tools?

Could it be that the 12% bump is just random noise in your analytics? I've seen traffic swing 10-15% up or down for no clear reason, especially with small sample sizes. Not trying to knock your manual writing, but I've had weeks where AI-assisted posts outperformed my hand-written ones by a decent margin. Maybe give it a longer test, like a month of each, before making a call.
