Used to think nobody needed help with emails. Seeing 500 people sign up definitely changed my mind.

Totally get that feeling. I built a small tool for checking grammar in online posts and figured maybe ten friends would use it. Watching a few hundred people actually sign up made me realize how many of us are quietly unsure about our writing. It's easy to assume you're the only one struggling with something simple. Seeing real users shows there's a whole crowd out there looking for a bit of help.
